Got one for $35 off of fleabay. Using it as my thermostat for upstairs while I have the ecobee downstairs. It works damn well with smartthings, but it's no ecobee in terms of features.

Look like this brand offers several other zigbee products on Amazon. Average review is 3 star. Not a good record. I generally don't buy anything below 4 star.

hmmn. my gas utility rebate form is now up for this calendar year. nax of $100 and limit 1 per calendar year. this will end up free after rebate.

For 65 ill give it a try verse the ecobee that I have in my current house (future rental). Way cheaper than nest or ecobee and seems to be more feature rich.
