PARTICIPATING STORES: The SHOP, PLAY, WIN!® MONOPOLY Collect & Win Game (the "Promotion") is being conducted in 2,325 participating locations operating under the names of Albertsons®, Safeway®, Pavilions®, Carrs®, Vons®, Randalls®, Eagle®, Pak 'n Save®, Tom Thumb®, Jewel-Osco®, ACME Markets®, Shaw's/Star Market®, United Supermarkets®, Market Street®, Amigos®, United Express®, Albertsons Market®, Lucky® (Southern California only) and Super Saver® ("Market Stores") in the Market States (as defined in Paragraph 7 below). 2. TO GET GAME TICKETS AT THE MARKET STORE: From February 8 to May 9, 2017
Receive a free game ticket each time you make a purchase (excluding lottery tickets, stamps, tobacco, alcohol or other products excluded by law) at any participating Market Store.

You (also referred to as "Participant") will also receive a game ticket for each purchase of a bonus game ticket product (specific sizes and flavors will apply).
Purchase ten (10) bonus game ticket products in one transaction and receive one (1) additional game ticket.

The total quantity of game tickets earned will be specified on your register receipt.
Game tickets will only be awarded during the transaction in which they are earned.
Customers are limited to one transaction per three-hour period.

Market Stores reserve the right to limit quantities purchased of any bonus game ticket products. Some products may not be available in all markets. See Market Store Customer Service Center for complete listing of bonus game ticket products. At the discretion of Albertson's LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries ("Sponsor"), bonus game ticket products may be changed, removed or added at any time during the course of the Promotion. The distribution or method for earning additional game tickets may be changed at the discretion of Sponsor at any time. Purchases made online will not qualify for game tickets or bonus game tickets. The distribution of the game tickets is based on the Market Store's prior year activity and prior year mail-in requests. Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to supply Market Stores with an adequate number of game tickets. However, some Market Stores may increase the number of game tickets received per transaction and others may run out of game tickets prior to the ending of the promotion on May 9, 2017.

3. TO GET GAME TICKETS BY MAIL:
Receive one (1) game ticket and one (1) bonus game ticket for a total of two (2) game tickets by sending a selfaddressed, stamped envelope ("SASE") to MONOPOLY MON-10 Collect and Win, Game Ticket Request, Attn: Promotions Coordinator, P.O. Box 965905, Marietta, GA 30066.

Mail-in requests, including both outer envelope and SASE, must be handwritten and must be postmarked no sooner than February 8, 2017, no later than May 2, 2017 and must be received no later than May 9, 2017.

There is no limit to the number of mail-in requests but there is a limit of one request per envelope. o Vermont residents may omit return postage to Vermont address or (with proof of Vermont residency) to other addresses.

Each request must be sent in a separate stamped outer mailing envelope with the requestor's first and last name, street address, city, state and zip or postal code.
The name and address must match the return name and address on SASE and be legibly handwritten in the upper left hand corner of the outer envelope.

The following requests will not be honored
Requests that are sent in business reply envelopes.
Requests that use address labels or stickers, are photocopied, hand-stamped, computer-generated or otherwise mechanically or digitally produced or reproduced.
Requests that are not mailed in separate outer stamped mailing envelopes.
Requests that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules.

Such requests will NOT be honored, acknowledged or returned. The persons who send such requests will forfeit any corresponding postage and unused envelopes.

4. HOW TO PLAY:
OFFICIAL GAME BOARD:

Open the game ticket by tearing off the perforated portions to reveal four (4) official game markers which can be used on the official game board.
Moisten the glue strip on the back of the official game markers.
Place the official game markers on the exact corresponding matching prize play area spaces on the official game board. (Image and game marker number must match the space on the official game board.) o Do not place official game markers on the official game board with glue or tape in a permanent manner. o These potential winning official game markers will need to be affixed to a new game board to claim a prize.
There is no limit to the number of times a Participant may be a Prize winner.

Each prize play area is marked on the official game board with the correct game marker numbers needed to collect to win that specified prize. To win a Game Board Prize, collect all markers to complete a prize play area on official game board.

MORE WAYS TO WIN AND SAVE WITH GAME TICKETS:

In addition to official game markers, each game ticket will contain either a special discount offer, MONOPOLY Online Code, Nickelodeon® Online code, Instant Win Grocery Gift Card, Instant Win Cash, Free Product coupon, or two (2) free game tickets coupon which may be redeemed as set forth below. All "Two Free Game Tickets" coupons expire on the last day of the game, May 9, 2017 or when all game tickets have been distributed, whichever occurs first.

ONLINE GAME:

There are a total of 603,435,855 unique MONOPOLY Online Game codes and 100,000,000 Nickelodeon Online Game codes ("Online Coupon Codes"). The Online Game is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and who have legally obtained an official game ticket at a Market Store or by mail. Online access and a valid email address are required to participate in the Online Game.

To play your Online Coupon Code found in certain game tickets, log onto the www.playmonopoly.us website and click on the MONOPOLY Online Game Logo or the Nickelodeon Online Game Logo based on the type of coupon you are entering.
Follow the directions on the screen and enter your alphanumeric code found on the online game coupon.

To enter the online code on the SHOP, PLAY, WIN!® app available for iPhone and Android, follow the directions on the screen and enter or scan your alphanumeric code.
The site will reveal if you are a potential winner of a specified prize. Potential winners will be provided details on how to verify the code.

Online entries must be made by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on May 24, 2017.
Potential winners must print the Online Customer Prize Form from the e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided or from the website, and then attach the original Online Coupon Code to the form and take it to your participating Market Store for verification or mail it to the Prize Verification Center. Details on claiming prizes are provided on the form.
