Costco has a good tool set for sale for $79.99 at local store. I saw plenty in stock at my local Costco. You can order online but will cost $7.99 in shipping.

Tools are made in Taiwan which seems to have better quality.

I think that's regular price. $0.50 per piece is pretty regular.

Looks like a decent set, like the red/blue color denoting SAE/Metric and the fully polished ratchets look much nicer than what came in my 230 piece Craftsman set from December.

This set has a wide variety of 33 "bits" in total which can be very useful for modern vehicles wherein you need to remove many covers, shields, clamps, and brackets to get to the nuts and bolts you are actually aiming for.

Would make a nice graduation gift for that grown child about to head out on their own. Personally I HATE this style of tool storage case, it's often difficult to pry out certain tools, and equally difficult to lock them back into their spot.

They look like kobalts. If they are made in Taiwan and the reverse switch swings in the opposite direction of most ratchets, then they are probably kobalt.
