Sams Club and some Costco have $100 GC for $80, and I see there is also a $20 off coupon when signing up at the restaurant website. So if you have 12 different email addresses...

I was charged $12 for fed ex shipping. I usually go once a month with my wife, so great deal for me. the card is also transferable so if u don't use it all up when it gets close to expiration, I give it to a friend or colleague

Was able to purchase at the restaurant, after eating, and use immediately towards my 2 dinners. Probably won't use all 12, but fairly certain I will be back before 9/28 so this deal works out well for me in the end. Cost me $62.99 and just saved 47.99 on 2 dinners.
I do recommend getting gift cards from Costco @ 22% off. Combine with coupons and it's not a horrible price.
