These prices are actually below what the products cost directly from their representative manufacturers. So these prices are well below dealer cost. i have it and it works in smartthings, It isn't a nest but it works for my needs. If you have a zone system you might need to contact them and tell them what you wires you have to make sure you can use it. I don't need the learning and what not. I can just tell ST when someone gets home, to turn on the AC.

Thanks. I do have zones.. and do have 1 Nest. For the other 2 zones I would like to just use simple Smartthings enabled tstat so I can just turn them on off remotely if needed.

Great SmartThings support. They are actually recognized as Samsung Smart Outlets. They are the same device made by Centralite rebranded by Samsung.
