SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Hallmark Channel® Spring Renovation Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 9:00:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on Monday, March 27, 2017 and ends at 8:59:59 PM PT on Friday, April 28, 2017.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV")/PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Prize winners will be solely responsible for any other expenses associated with using the prize. Prizes are non-transferable in whole or in part except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. No substitution or cash redemption except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. PRIZE DRAWING/NOTIFICATION/ODDS: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner and one (1) potential First Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing taking place on or about Wednesday, May 3, 2017, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All drawings will take place at the offices of the Administrator whose decisions are final. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
Each potential winner will be confirmed via email and/or phone and will be required to sign and return, within seven (7) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, an IRS Form W-9, a Liability Waiver, and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, "the Releases"). If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, if potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules, or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, that potential winner will be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Non-winning entrants will not be notified.
Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries.
WINNER REQUIREMENTS: Potential winners whose prize is valued at $600 or more will also be required to furnish his/her Social Security Number in order for an IRS Form 1099 in the value of the prize can be supplied to each winner. All federal, state and local taxes resulting from acceptance and use of prize are the responsibility of the Winner. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner may be selected in a separate random drawing.
