Two weeks ago at one of my two rentals, the main sewer line was either clogged and froze or just froze. Needless to say, the poor tentants has some nasty stuff to deal with. Got it that night with hired out clean up process and Drain Masters to deal with the main. Much other stuff. Now dealing with getting flooring taken care of. They had to rip out lanoleum in half bath (toilet overflowed with sewage) and remove carpet in hallways. Had to go to Anchorage after work to go over flooring stuff. UGH!!! To the rental is about 40 minutes away from my work.

Thanks for listening - had to vent.
Vent away! That's what we're here for....listen and sympathize when things aren't going well, and celebrate when they are. Sorry you & your tenants are going through that mess.

Hey, I just got the same email, and my password is "." too! LOL! Wonder if it's because we didn't fill out all the info since neither of us has a dog? As long as our votes count, guess that's all that matters.

Thank you very much!! Guess I have to consider, 'things could've been worse' and always be grateful for what I have, i.e. insurance, etc. If my workplace can't handle it, too bad. I certainly couldn't afford to work there if I didn't have my rentals!

Well, I tried to do a "multi-quote" to capture both messages and my computer just wouldn't. The kitty batting at the bad toe should be captured on video and submitted to some big contest, maybe America's Cutest Cat on Animal Planet - I really burst out laughing at that image.LMAOLMAOLMAO
