I use VPN unlimited and Celo. VPN unlimited caps me at about 10 megabits and Celo is about 40 megabits on android. I get about 150 megabits with Celo on a Windows machine.

I personally prefer PIA. I use it for Kodi all the time and they keep 0 logs. Worth the 2 year price, imo.
