You should have contacted Amazon. They sent out a lot of chocolates during one of these sales that melted and they refunded everyone who asked for a refund. Now they send them with cooling packs.

I read that white bloom is normal for chocolates depending on storage temperature and is completely acceptable.. Stale and melted.. That would be bad for sure.
