This toaster is a piece of junk. I bought this on 4/14. We now need to start the toaster ten times to make a slice of toast. It keep popping the slices up, regardless of the darkness setting.

Anyone else receive a non-retractable cable toaster? I bought the 4 slice and the cable doesn't look like it retracts. Model number is the same as website. Either it's broken or the website is wrong

Did anyone else receive a broken toaster? The mechanism will not stay pushed down and springs up! Also the handle is extremely cheap and flimsy even for $15.
