Not for OW. I have this card with 1050 to and it run OW without any issues at good frame rate. OW isn't exactly Witcher 3 in term of graphic load.

Theres always a bottleneck, but a RX470 will not be botlenecked by this CPU with most games. Believe me. Maybe a 1070 or RX480.
