Are you running these tests with a wired or wireless connection? I agree your latency is terrible and if your on a wired connection I would open a ticket with Comcast after verifying your equipment...

I fired up my vpn and to my surprise when my vpn is on, everything works fine, youtube streams at 1080p etc
but vpn off and everything slows back down to snail...
