Note the rebate ONLY applies to 8 or 32oz bottles. I usually buy the 16oz size ones and only these 2 listed sizes qualify so be careful.

Either. I used to add it to my motorcycle tank because I didn't ride it much. It's to stabilize gas which isn't going to be used and cycled frequently.

Just pull the hose running from the gas tank to the carburator off and drain the tank into a can and use it in your car. Then, also drain the carburator. My snowblower has a drain on the carburator....
