The Nighthawk is better as far as max performance, but for typical household use, this would be the better deal simply because of price. FWIW, I would have chosen the Nighthawk myself.

My walmart by 2391 S Wayside Dr, Houston, TX 77023 has a ton of them still. Like 6 or so. Same thing as WTH others the a 1600 rings up as 30 but has a $60 sticker.
