a die grinder will do the job quicker but I've used a Dremel on multiple occasions for this same reason because of small heads on stripped bolts.

Yes, but unless you need tiny precise cuts, you'd be better off using an angle grinder with a cut-off wheel. That setup in decent quality shouldn't cost a whole lot more than this Dremel.

Any Amazon order over $35 has free shipping anyways, so the $100 Prime membership doesn't really net all that much except for slightly faster shipping and tv programs to waste time while you wait.
