You can buy "something decent" now and then do upgraded down the road: new arm, external power supply, cartridge etc.. instead of getting this crap and then get stuck with it.

Have no idea. It's cheap TT with 0.2 wow and flutter which is bad. Build in preamp is also horrible idea. Save some money and get something decent.
