and a terrible deal for a very mediocre sub unless you REALLY REALLY REALLY need built in wireless.
There's a slew of 12" subs in the 100ish to 200ish buck range that crush this thing.

That one isn't... .terrific... either... better than this one (though without wireless) but not by a ton.... and it's a significant step down from the Jamo J112 (or its brother the Klipsch R-112SW)...

Don't get me wrong, they make excellent subwoofers.
But they're definitely not the best bang/buck in the genre.
That's unquestionably the R-115SW when Frys has it on sale...

This is a common misunderstanding.
Getting a better sub is much less about being LOUDER and about being deeper.
You can get an even cheaper crap sub that will "rattle windows" but it won't...
