That's true. In my experience, if you talk to them, never take the first two offers they make you. Take the third one, which is the final one. It usually comes out to about $5 a month.

They need your car radio ID to activate the signal. It's usually displayed on the first channel if I remember correctly

You don't have to wait till sub expires. Just call and tell em you need to cancel cuz you don't use it. They'll offer you the same promo to keep it
