my bank call me about fraud on my debit card. the first charge was a 0$ charge from JCPenney , and then right after they bought 100$ in Dunkin donuts gift cards through the dunkins app. just warning...

just file a police report. they might not have actually been in a store. they may have just loaded a card with an app purchase.

Crooks ran a test auth on JCP site to test a card number before fraud attempts. Nothing to do with a fault or compromise of JCP.
