I bought 2 and entered them on xbox.com. They both worked. It took almost 45 minutes to get the second code, I was getting worried, but it all worked. No problems.

The codes are from Brazil and will not work in the USA. Just talked to Xbox live customer service. That's what they told me. I bought a code from cdkeys that will not work.
