I did not get any reward, but the message when I login has been changed. It used to say rewards will be sent by email on Sept 7. Now it says rewards will be sent by email on Sept 14.

Same thing happened to me. Also chatted to get my $40 August rewards manually. Just recycled 20 for September yesterday, am hoping it was just a glitch and doesn't happen again.

So as long as the store is selling the paper for $8.99, the rebate would apply effectively making it 1 cent? I don't see this listed in my local ad either just the $3 case one.

I did not get my ink recycling rewards and had to call their customer service who had to manually issue it, which takes about 3 days to hit the account.
