I'd prob get this and save $200+, 16GB RAM is plenty, 32GB is fine for booting, just save files onto the 2TB or if it bothers you upgrade to a 250Gb one for much less than the extra $200.

Turn off Hibernate, Restore Points, Paging and File Indexing that should fix the free space issue for you. With DDR4 RAM it is fast enough to load a folder of files and same with SSD speeds.
