Actually, there are native 120 displays. It is the 4k content itself that is limited to 60. I believe this is a limitation of HDMI 2.0

This. HDMI 2.0 doesn't even have the bandwidth to handle 4K @120Hz. It can only handle 18 Gbps whereas 4K 120Hz requires 24 Gbps.

EXACTLY. I'm so tired of hearing people brag about their 120hz or 240hz TV's. TV panels just process additional frames to give you that "smoothness" but it's not really refreshing the entire panel...
