I did not recall clearly, but it seems no screw for m.2, however, there are several for HDD in the laptop, you can use one of them for m.2.

Sounds like you would be fine with a usable pentium II, 20MB's read/write hdd and 14.4kbps modem. For the rest of us who have had ipads, broadband and ssd's its hard to go back to a hdd boot...

The hdd in this thing is horribly slow. It was stuck at installing an update for 2+ hours. But when I replaced it with SSD, this thing became quite zippy.

It's similar to the Dell XPS, but a larger bezel at the top to fit a camera, which the Dell has in the lower left corner to take pictures up your nose. The Dell also has an SSD and weighs more.

Yes, m.2 ssd can be installed along with HDD. m.2 ssd can be used as boot drive with OS and other software installed on it.
