Even @3200, the intel 1151 LGA (270 & 370) has to be overclocked in the bios to run at 3000 and above. :mad: Same goes for AMD

The R3 lineup can run up to GTX 1070/VEGA 56 performance levels. Don't believe me check out Hardware Unboxed or Tech Spot. The Pentium G will bottleneck above 1060/580.

Asus was great 10 to 15 years ago. Quality has deteriorated since then. He was obviously throwing out a hyperbole but doesn't take away from the fact that, currently, ASUS quality is subpar compared...

I have an Asus A7N8X mobo still going strong. It's like 15 years old. I don't know the model, but I have another Asus that's about ten years old, still running. Clearly, they don't break in the box....

A couple of the tech guys on you tube did a video on this topic and yeah the 1060/580 is about the max you would want to pair with a R3 1200/1300X before you start bottlenecking the gpu so any faster...
