The FPS difference is for continuous shooting. So the a6500 can get more pictures per second compared to the A7. This is really only helpful for sports or wildlife photography. What will you be using...

At this rate I'll never be able to upgrade my A6000 to the A6500. I really would like the in body stabilization so I can use non Sony/E mount lens and still take advantage of image stabilization.
