Wrong. Macs have had scaling since like 2012, and they do it way better than Windows. Your 2012 iMac was probably one of the last Macs to not support scaling. Just go look at any MacBook Pro or iMac...

Sure I know what im talking. The only way to change scaling is to change resolution in Mac. It does not have option, like in win10, scale to 125%, 150%, or more, while keeping the native resolution....

I use a 32" 4K on my MBP 2014 with the internal display at 2K and another 2K external. No problems. Pixels are tiny even at 32". Would not go smaller, no way.
