Nope. One of my costco rebate that was rejected (I had to correct some info on it) still shows up. But both the valid ones that were in "received" status are gone. I bet it's intentional on their part

You need to use it on T-Mobile network for 40 days before you unlock it I think. If you are lucky enough T-Mobile CS rep can bypass that. It will work and ATT fine as long as you unlock the phone.

I spoke to T-Mobile costumer service and the told me that the BOGO only works if you buy from their stores, not Costco. Maybe someone else should confirm to validate if that is the case.
