I believe the only difference is that the cloud II were specifically made for PC because it comes with the usb dongle while this one doesn't. Headset itself seems to be identical.

I would avoid the arctic series, I have the arctis 5 and the mic is terrible, other players could hardly hear me and the 7 I wouldn’t see why that model would be any different mic wise.
