It's not hidden really. I signed up for the 12 month $60 car deal last month and it was clear about the 13.9% royalty fee. But you're right in that you should sign up now for a prepaid term.

Yep... it's a scam if you ask me. That fee needs to be included in the advertised price... and they are not upfront about it when they advertise their prices.
