$20 is the regular price. You are better off buying the combo inflate tool for $40. The combo tool does what this does plus fill tires. I've used it and it works well.

No, mine never has an issue even past 40. It'll auto stop about 1.5 - 2 psi higher than the set amount. I always figured this was because you'll loose a bit when you disconnect it unless your fast.
