Been in place for awhile unfortunately, it used to be cheaper in the past too. In contrary, buying in-store does not have a processing fee.

OD is generally pretty good but not perfect about auto crediting Rewards on backorders. If the Rewards are not auto credited within a week of receiving the order, contact Rewards customer service.

I believe it’s discretionary, that’s why it’s “supposed” to. The only good thing is that the merchandise credit will not expire though, so depends on what you want.
