No it doesn't. Vive is full room scale, with the oculus you have to be facing the two front sensors.

No oculus store for WMR to my knowledge. All the WMR headsets are higher resolution than Ocu/HTC. The inside out tracking also means no external sensors. The Lab and Job Simulator both work...
