The built-in speakers almost always suck. Even my Sony's, which I think sound pretty good for TV speakers, pale in comparison just to about any soundbar (even the cheap ones).

I have the 55” of this tv. Tv works great. picture is fine. Speakers SUCK!!! It’s in a vacation condo where I don’t want a sound bar so I’m stuck with tin can speakers

Oh and my Sony Blu-ray player occasionally doesn't fully turn off. The light indicator and everything else appears to be off, but the disc that is still in there sometimes just continues to spin...
