I have a s340 and replace all the fans with 3x140mm plus 1x120mm noctuas. The airflow is way way better and they make less noise. Totally silent configuration with the kraken x62. I have a sli setup...

Motor noise and airflow noise, that’s the only cons. Plus Noctua used to provide fan speed reducer which tune down the RPM, if the new fans still come with those there’s no point getting the slower...

Sounds bad, but it works. Case is relatively large, need the positive pressure airflow for the multiple xeons, 128 GB ram, Vega, 7 hdd, etc.

Not sure. But as a general note, if the air from the coffee roaster contains moisture then I'd assume that any "computer fan" would be a bad choice. The fan motor would most likely experience issues...

Nah, your computer sounds fairly quiet. I wouldn't bother spending more money unless you need extra cooling fans in general. Otherwise, save your money :)

Doubtful. It would be best to just replace the cpu cooler completely. Noctua makes some nice coolers. I run the NH-U12S SE-AM4 and it does great.
