So far, mine lasts for just under 6 hours of Web browsing, and that's with the aggressive battery savings feature on. I haven't done any gaming on battery yet.

The SSD is upgrade-able, but the ram is not. Ram has no slot and is soldered into the board. It's the only reason why I won't order this one in favor of the higher model.

I haven't pay much attention to the battery, but I read some of the reviews. It ranges from 3-4 hours. I use mostly web browsing and it load the page very fast.
