Also have had this mouse for over a year and use it daily for work. It's much less strain on my wrist and I can't do without it. Much improved over the shark-looking previous version.

Maybe my hand is too small for it. I'm still running my Microsoft ergonomic mouse 7000 from 10 years ago. I haven't found (a cheap) mouse that beats it.
