I've got one that I bought off ebay a few years ago, they still sell 'em. Look for aluminum SD card holders - unless you need something with more capacity.

I own one of these that I bought for $2 on sale at Best Buy. Its made out of cheap plastic and hard to open. Its not worth it even for that low price.
