The outlets face down. I have had one of these outside for my yard lights for a couple years now. No tripped GFCI.

Nope. Since these interfere with a weatherproof outlet cover, they should only be left plugged-in in outlets that are covered by a porch or roof eaves. Even then, I would unplug these during a storm....

Yes, the 3 outlets face down, so the plugs are sort of like under an umbrella. Unless there is a flood or the snow has piled high, no moisture should reach the outlets. Here's a photo from Amazon...

Just bought the 3 pack. Great for the wife's vibrators. Previously we had to unplug the lamps,TV, etc and then plugged them in again when she finished. Big hassle.

I don't believe conforms to UL standard is not the same as having a UL rating. Depends on the load but I would be cautious for my own safety and the longevity of my equipment.

I bought extensions cords from ClearMax ebay store before. Cords were great, but weren't UL listed. These plugs also don't appear to mention being UL listed or not.

The 3 outlets have little hoods on them, but other than that these offer no more protection than your typical splitter. I would expect tripped breakers and GFCIs.
