no, TOS doesn't mention how you must buy. as i mentioned in another reply, people have reported success at AMC 125 Magic Johnson, so it's not (yet) affected by the IIN blocker.

No, this violates MP TOS and you will be banned for split tender transactions. Plenty of people have been banned for this.
