I got one last October. Been making 4 double shots a day. Run the shot "without the coffee" before every shot. It warms up everything and gives a better shot.

I have this, but if I were to to do it again I would buy the one without the grinder and buy the grinder separately. Good machine overall.

Very good machine- I got from the B.B./Ebay deal. Easy to use and includes all the accessories you need. Although I also have a separate grinder, I use the built in one as it’s more convenient.

It's more convenient to have the all-in-1, but if the grinder dies then you have a machine that's taking up more space than necessary. The grinder itself is not bad, but there are many better...

Good thing with bed bath and beyond is, if the unit fails, you can return it to the store anytime. Just keep the receipt. That alone is worth money!
