In most cases you will be able to remove an existing 120mm fan and replace it with this one.

I have this exact cooler keeping my Ryzen 1700 @ 4Ghz around ~55c. I could get lower temps, but I was pretty impressed vs my big heatsink that was keeping it around 65-70.

As answered above - it should fit, radiator is just around 2/3" wider than a fan because of a small reservoir on the side, plus you will need two 3/4 pin mobo connectors - one for fan and another one...
