I don't know why you guys are harping on this guy so bad. Maybe he was the one who installed these drives in the first place. Ever heard of a small computer repair shop? Jesus. And what would he have...

Lighten up? He was going around accusing people who haven't had problems with this drive, as being on the payroll of Mushkin. you don't see that now b/c his posts were deleted

Or there's a reasonable explanation for it, I doubt a reputable company like Newegg is out to trick and screw their consumers. Likely it's a general statement to protect them against people trying...

Would this be good to run a 2017 iMac on externally? I'd be using it for boot up and storage

I think newegg's return policy is kind of deceptive on ebay. Here is what it says on Main ebay page: Returns Newegg understands that not every purchase is a good fit for every customer. That’s...

No issues with Customer Service when I contacted them about my drive not working with Acronis. In fact, their email response was within hours. They were very helpful. The issue turned out to be...

I could say the same of Asus, Gigabyte, ASRock, Crucial, Samsung, and EVGA. These companies need to make a profit and that is at odds with being consumer oriented. Yet I still purchase their products...

This is an MLC drive (not TLC). For those of you that can appreciate this.... Matches the 11/28/2017 deal which got +55 upvotes and cheaper than the $220 price from 11/26/2017 which got a "Hot...

I was thinking the same thing when I saw that comment lol. If that is the case, they should be up voting this post to oblivion for the “increased business”

I purchased mine a little over two years ago from Newegg (at around the same price as this by the way!) It hasn't missed a beat and it's been my main drive for development; with a fair amount of...

This is absurd. These drives aren't installed by OEMs, so you're not repairing OEM devices. Any user that buys their own SSD likely isn't using a computer repair business. So I can only assume...

Damnnnn. No one cares probably, but I remember paying $250 for 500gb back in the day. Too bad I have no need of this space, it's hard to justify using SSD's as media storage when HDD's work just fine.

In the early days I knew them for their ram, I've never tried any storage from them. Samsubg and Crucial are the only SSDs I've tried. This is still a good price though lolol.

I bought this at Jet December 2015 for $195.00. It has been in an office computer that runs round the clock ever since. No problems, and plenty fast. This is a good deal.

Good luck if you buy these. I bought 2 Mushkin SSDs a year and a half back and installed into two different laptops. Both went bad a month apart, one was covered by the 1-yr warranty and the other...
