there is definiltely difference in smoothness between 60hz and 144hz when playing games like overwatch and cs, you must had your settings wrong...i just didnt notice much of a diff between 27" ips...

A sure fire way to see if its actually working is if you turn on v-sync. Your FPS should lock at 144hz. If it doesn't then 144hz is not actually on.

C32hg70. overdrive makes the panel look like whites are a bit yellow on this monitor. I don't use it, because of that reason. But I havent noticed any noticeable input lag when. ot using it.

If you're able to hold 144hz then it shouldn't tear much, if at all. Tearing is still not bad as long as you're at 90+ fps or so without Adaptive Sync tech.
