You would need a micro USB or USB c (depending on your phone) to USB A adapter. And I think your phone would need to support USB otg.

I use LastPass. One paid license and that can share out to the free version. Yeah, free is ideal but peace of mind + time saved even for paid LP is a net win imho. I haven't looked at this - yet...
