Eh, that is kind of illegal. Commercial applications are not allowed on FRS. It is on GMRS, but it would get complicated. Most companies either license their own frequency OR they use MURS.

Actually business use on FRS is totally legal. Still have to follow the rules, like type accepted radios, but commercial users can use FRS. Don't let the name be misleading.

Ive got a couple of the 82s. Good little radios. Note: Set does NOT come with a programming cable. Easy to source and cheap. Not a necessity, but I would not want to key pad program these. FYI.

I personally saw a hobo employees use a baofeng the 888 model it's not the same but even that one is not type certified by fccfor frs gmrs if you know what I mean.
