Yeah it's legit. Pay $15 and you get all of the games from all 3 tiers. They usually do PC/Steam bundles, but they do the occasional PS/Nintendo. It's to raise money for charity. -S

They can run out, though. It happened for one of their past bundles. I believe it was the THQ bundle. The $15 tier sold out and it did happen in less than a day.
