Try adding Chase Pay as a refill option in the SB app but don't refill. That generated the offer for me.

From the last promo, you needed to pay with Chase Pay QRcode. The majority of Starbucks do not support the Chase Pay QRcode yet. It’s still in testing and very select locations.

The point is you have to be patient. Load $5 get $10 pops up every so often with Groupon. If you have a Microsoft account, you can get a $5 card for so many points. Use that or the other & collect...
