If you ask them to remove the promotion from the account it will trigger their system to bill the remaining payments. Apparently not all reps are aware of this.

It was the iPad. Still not sure why the tracking said Xfinity Mobile, the packaging and shipping label weren’t marked that way. It was listed at 3 lbs, which would be heavier than a phone.
