They're pretty much the same. This protein though isn't necessarily a meal replacement as it does not include a lot of micros like vitamins. But you can always add a daily vitamin.

Out of the 5 flavors I’ve had, they all mix incredibly easy. Only salted caramel had small clumps and I mean very small. The tiny clumps actually tasted really good in it too!
